We are looking for an onsite affiliate manager.
Summary: Responsible for managing the development, execution, measurement and enhancement of existing and new online affiliate direct response programs to ensure company goals are achieved. Perform key project management duties and design/development daily activities for the online marketing department. Work with vendors to assess campaign performance to daily, monthly and quarterly forecasts. Provide daily and weekly performance reports on campaign performance. Establish strategy, budget, and growth recommendations.
Scope: This position involves minimal degree of job structure. Under general direction, the employee will perform a variety of objectives requiring independent thinking and will have limited opportunities to use standardized solutions. The employee is expected to use discretion and judgment with somewhat predetermined limits and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and oversees overall project management of moderately complex online lead generation marketing campaigns and plans.
Manage external affiliate vendors and resources to develop, implement and measure programs to accomplish brand and direct response goals related to awareness, lead generation, cost per lead, cost per sale and revenue.
Effectively identify new partners to ensure alignment with goals and prioritization.
Manage external creative personnel and resources to develop and implement new and revised offers, messaging and creative to meet strategic objectives within acceptable costs
Leverage ideas and concepts from other marketing channels to develop and test new online messaging, creative and offers
Develops campaign communication through various reports/tool as required.
Monitor and communicate the results of campaigns and recommendations for improvements to internal audiences.
Identify and implementation of new web projects (e.g., web site redesign versions, web landing pages, email blasts, navigation, mini site development, section addition, section changes)
Participate in the development and execution of the overall online marketing strategy and plan, and assist in the investigation and assessment of new online opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor?s degree (BA) in Marketing, Advertising, Online/Internet Marketing, or other internet marketing-related studies or equivalent; and three to five years job-related experience and/or training in online marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Online campaign project management experience required. Experience and knowledgeable in online affiliate marketing preferred.

Affiliate marketing or knowledge with Linkshare, CJ, GAN or SAS will be a plus
Demonstrated ability optimizing and managing affiliate marketing campaigns
Experience building relationships and managing affiliates is a must.
Strong sense of ownership, drive and urgency
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a highly-demanding, fast-paced environment
Very strong oral and written business communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and present concepts clearly to your audience
