Description
The Manager, Customer Strategy will support the development and management of the Home Business Group (HBG) strategy and serve as a link to the overall enterprise strategy. He/She will manage the development of strategic recommendations that enable HBG leadership to drive value by both optimizing the existing business as well as enabling new growth opportunities utilizing critical industry intelligence, trend, consumer and financial data as well as leveraging internal partnerships.
Essential Functions:
- Strategy Development, Planning and Execution
- Value Proposition Development
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or greater
- 3 or more years of general business management experience, which must include experience in financial modeling
- 2 or more years of strategy development or related experience (e.g., experience in crafting business plans, managing strategic planning processes, understanding key financial and operational value drivers, financial planning and analysis and developing strategic partnerships)
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- 2 or more years of experience in developing and using critical professional networks inside and outside an organization to gain competitive intelligence and apply it to strategy development and execution
- Experience working in consulting or for a fortune 500 company
- 2 or more years of experience/knowledge of cross functional disciplines, such as merchandising, finance and marketing
- Retail experience
